Healing Designed For You
Designed Defined Counseling addresses the following:
-
Women-Specific Issues
Women are faced with many issues, such as: sexism, motherhood, parenting, childbirth issues, stereotyping, and inequality.
I collaborate with you to help you navigate those challenging relationships and work with you to equip you with effective and useful skills and tools. It is the hope that you will be inspired and discover your true potential and not only live, but THRIVE!
-
Mental Wealth
Many are troubled by the mental health stigma of having certain health concerns (depression, anxiety, poor self-image, low self-worth, and so on).
It is encouraged that you embrace what and how you are feeling, and work through those challenges, so you can thrive and create a mindset that is mentally rich.

Breaking the Silence: Father Talks
As the role of fathers within the family continually change, men are diving into therapy to address past trauma or unresolved mental health issues, so that they can be more present and available to their family.
However, many men continue to feel conflicted by society’s view of how fathers’ are to be and some men get lost within their family and their own identity. I work with fathers to work on their true identity within themselves and their families. And not what society has created for them.
